We had a lovely evening, we were slight late arriving and ordering which wasn’t a problem. The food was delicious as were the cocktails and wine. Service was excellent and couldn’t fault anything. Will definitely be returning

When we booked for lunch we didn't realise that there was a special two-course lunch menu on offer. We both chose from this menu and had excellent meals. There was no skimping on the size of the dishes, despite the reasonable cost. I had the sea bass fillet for my main course. It was cooked beautifully and the vegetables were just right. I especially enjoyed the roast potatoes. My husband really loved his garlic mushrooms that he had chosen for a starter. We couldn't leave without choosing one of the fantastic cakes to have with a coffee later on in the day! I would like to add that the staff were lovely and friendly and, despite being busy, had plenty of time for a chat!

Lovely venue, our waitress was efficient and polite but we were served the wine by someone else who just left the unopened bottle on the table for us. Sunday roast was good but there were not enough vegetables .

Excellent food. Would go back . Seemed short staff and service did seem affected as a result. Having said that would still go back for the food
