Unique experience right out of proabition days you enter a speakeasy via a secret door. Lighting is romantic subdued and enchantng. The staff greeted us like old friends not the phony hi welcome to Dennys routine. They made us feel very relaxed and special. Service was outstanding. Music system played jazz at a perfect volume as to not interfere with table talk Martini's were excellent. Food was excellent. The menu needs more variety. This is a Real Adult Bistro something sorely missing in St George. Thanks for making our anniversary a beautiful memory.

Basalt is a cut above in Southern Utah. The dining experience was beautiful. I was very impressed with the staff all around. Tee our head waiter was exceptionally knowledgeable and had such a great sense of humor as well. The views are so stunning from all directions. Even though I live here, it’s as if you were seeing them for the first time. Basalt will be a repeat for sure.

The server knew the menu very well, made suggestions and had a great attitude. The bartenders were great, they were knowledgeable and made the best espresso martini I have ever had.

Pigs ear is my absolute favorite restaurant anywhere near St. George and Hurricane. Wish they had more locations. The food is amazing. This service is amazing. I love going back again and again. 

Delicious healthy options. Very convenient for those staying at the resort.
