Our concept is proudly brought to you by the vision of Sandy Retallick who was inspired to use native bush plants to create unique flavours. The Retallick family have dedicated the last two decades to rewilding much of their 600 acres of land and preserving native species of both fauna and flora. Our Chef works passionately in collaboration with Sandy to bring this vision to fruition by developing irresistible flavours to Swagman. Our wonderful front of house and kitchen staff play an important role in bringing you a memorable experience.

    So good. So, so good. Lovely place, best food that I've had in a long, long, long time. Coeliacs and silent coeliacs, my gluten free bread roll was better than most gluten rolls. The main meals were gloriously good. The tour afterwards was delightful with Meg a wonderful guide. Could not recommend a visit here highly enough - a delightful day in every step and mouthful.

    Staff super lovely and very attentive. My husband had the chorizo oysters - must. Cocktail beautiful as well as wine. Dinner was lovely, Order the Beef Ribs, 11/10 omg amazing. View stunning. Yes we would totally recommend
