Restaurants near Comfort Suites Shreveport

Whenever we stay at Horseshoe Casino hotel we make a point to always have dinner at Jack Binions. The dining experience and food was always exceptional. This time it was very disappointing. My husband always orders the 18 ounce ribeye blackened. There was no blackened spice on it but they did correct it. The steak was cooked to a perfect medium rare. Problem was that the steak was hard to cut and very chewy. We get a better quality ribeye at Texas Roadhouse than what he received. And then there was my 10 ounce lobster tail which was over cooked and hard to chew. Bottom line, it was a very bad experience for us. We’ve dined at other Binions in Tunica and in Las Vegas and they never missed the mark. It’s a shame that this particular location has. Will be passing through Bossier City in three weeks and staying again at Horseshoe Casino but I think we will pass on dining again at this Binions.

Truly enjoyed the Sip and Savor Italian Feast. Four fabulous courses all pair with wine. Great food, attentive staff, and fun painting wine glasses!

Always a great experience. We love the back room and Jessie is our favorite server. Food was amazing as always.
