Excellent experience from start to finish, and our visit came on a Monday, when many restaurants aren't open. Understated elegance comes to mind. Menu is focused and our orders were executed with skill from the servers to the kitchen beginning with our first contact through our exit. The wine list offers a wide variety of wines and regions, and I was able to try an excellent French Grenache that paired well with the entre of filet and rib. Portions were generous but not overly so. Tables were comfortable. Parking was easy as we arrived after business hours. The bathrooms were well designed and maintained. We will definitely be back.

Hemlock is a fun indulgence with a great atmosphere, attentive service and excellent food. While the price point can create a bit of sticker shock, it's worth the experience. That stated, keep in mind that most of the sides will serve 2 or more and should be enjoyed in moderation . . . the kitchen staff is generous in its use of seasoning and butter, which isn't a bad thing.

We love dining here, especially at the bar, but today we celebrated my Mom’s 81st Birthday! It was delightful as usual and we very much appreciate the quality of food, wine, cocktails and service.

This spot came highly recommended and it didn’t disappoint. Sat outside and had a wonderful dinner. Thank you!
