I am not "that guy". But I have to send my food back nearly every time at this restaurant. Their practice is to undercook steaks. When you send it back, it is obvious you go to the back of the line in the kitchen and have to wait at least as long as it took originally. Last evening, I ordered a filet and fries. This time the steak was prepard properly however, the fries were cold. I and every other member of our party had finished their meals before I got replacement fries. I asked for no concession for an incomplete meal and none was offered.

My husband and I reserved a table days ahead for our 10 year wedding Anniversary and we arrived the host was so friendly and welcoming. Our waitress was very attentive despite of how many tables she had. The live performance had everyone on their feet dancing and singing. It was the best first time experience.

The culinary experience was flawless, thanks to our favorite server Mike, who provided impeccable service, expert guidance, and a genuine care and understanding of our needs, particularly in accommodating my partner's vegan dietary preferences. And let’s not forget that delicious “red velvet cheese cake” for dessert 🧁 to top off our extraordinary night…. IT WAS MOUTH WATERING 🤤 We truly appreciate you all and eagerly anticipate many more visits to come.

My husband made reservations with Saffron in Montgomery Alabama and we were both surprised and delighted with our evening meal and adventure at Saffron. If you like Indian food you will love this place. This was our first time but we've made it our favorite and will be visiting to enjoy the food and the servers. The owner and the servers were delightful. Thank you Raj and your employees for making my birthday dinner marvelous. We'll see you again hopefully soon.
