Our waiter Nicholas was attentive & knowledgeable about the menu and the distinct flavors of the dishes we inquired about! We loved the shrimp & Grits, the asparagus cream soup was outstanding as well as the braised beef pot roast! Public House did not disappoint us in any way! In addition they gave us an anniversary gift of a free dessert to take home🥰

Had crab cocktail which was excellent but expensive. Also apple salad delicious. Spouse had lexingtonian salad with fried chicken which was delicious. We were too full for dessert. Service attentive. Restaurant quiet.
