Rarely is the food so consistently great at a restaurant that has been open for so many years. Congrats on maintaining the same quality as day one you opened. The menu is relatively small and manageable, and you can’t go wrong with anything. It’s also nice that you can choose from the amazing fried chicken by the piece and the many side dishes to make a family style meal for a group. We tried the charred tomatoes, which I suspect get overlooked a lot: amazing!!! I also recommend trying their specialty drinks. They are very well balanced. The staff is very friendly, well trained and knowledgeable. The only drawback is the noise level when there is live music. It’s difficult to talk over the noise.

It was my birthday and I was treating myself to a fancy dinner. From the moment I arrived the building, I was greeted by a kind lady saying "Happy Birthday." The nice ladies inside the establishment greeted me again with smiles and "happy birthday." My server, Carly, was a joy and made my celebration amazing with her great service and fun personality. The food was beyond delicious and the atmosphere sitting outside was remarkable. Thank you, Tavern on the Green, for making my birthday memorable.

The decor is minimal and effortless, just as I would expect. The menu is well curated to have enough options but not feel overwhelmed by choices. The food was delicious. The salmon and cucumber salad- light and favorable, the cheesecake smooth and dreamy. The derive was top tier, appearing as you needed something but never hovering. This was my 40th birthday dinner and it everything I could have hoped for.

The service is always excellent, and Angel is no exception. The buffet has a lot to offer, and the quality of the food is very good. If you want dessert, grab it at the beginning of your meal. We were not shown a wine list this past time, which was disappointing. You have a great view of the field, so it's nice to eat, be able to see the game, then go to your seats.

It was my birthday and me and my whole family went. Place was nice inside outside was a bunch of construction but overall was nice. Food and ambiance was great! Will definitely go back again ♥️
