    Service was quick and friendly, the food was very good with reasonable portions. Just enough that we were full but not uncomfortable. Would definitely go back and try something different I had the fettuccine carbonara my wife had the spaghetti pomodoro which we both enjoyed.

    Bovada in Collingwood was an incredible dining experience from start to finish! The restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere, the service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, and every detail made for a fantastic evening. One thing that really stood out was the variety of vegetarian options. It’s refreshing to find a restaurant that offers thoughtful, flavorful vegetarian dishes instead of just one or two basic choices. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. The cocktails were also excellent and paired perfectly with the meal. If you’re looking for amazing food, exceptional service, and a restaurant that truly caters to everyone—including vegetarians—I highly recommend Bovada. I can’t wait to return!

    From the greeting to the good night, the experience is sublime! Jessica’s cocktails were perfection in a glass, Eric’s infectious enthusiasm and professionalism set the stage. Both he and his wife Abbey are experts at their craft of presentation and description of wine and food. The chef’s delights kept coming and too good to pass up even a morsel while getting full. Every dish a taste sensation! Love, love, love LORE! ❤️
