Ordered onion soup and it taste more like beef stocks very light onion taste. The escagot is way too heavy on garlic and garlic is the only thing I can taste, then it was miso? It was very salty and garlicky. Steak is very light on seasoning but one can't go wrong with a good steak.

The service was phenomenal along with the food if only i had a bigger appetite to try every meat they served. Atmosphere was great there was never too long of a wait and their salad bar was amazing too. By far one of the best restaurants I've ever been too and will be going again in the mere future. This was our first time here after many recommendations. I set up reservations through Open Table the same day. Bar and table seating were both available so I noted that either would be fine. Received a call from Merlion shortly after asking which I preferred. I waffled so they suggested we start at the bar then move to a table later. Well, we wound up staying at the bar because the bartender was so wonderful. We rdered a reasonably priced bottle of wine and lots of apps- all were delicious, especially the beef satay, dragon fire dumplings, and crab/cream cheese egg rolls. The whole experience was perfect for this middle aged couple needing a place to reconnect while their teenager attended a homecoming dance. We can’t wait to go back!

Food and service were excellent. Ambience was awesome. Kids loved it!

We chose Maria's to celebrate our anniversary and it was the best choice. The hostess was very welcoming and the ambience was very satisfying. First time dinning here, Taylor our waitress was amazing, she checked on us regularly. The manager came by to wish us a happy anniversary as well as other staff members. The food was delicious, I had the delmonico steak with mashed garlic truffle potatoes and wifey had the scallops with mushroom risotto, we both shared a Caesar salad. Because it was raining we didn't get the chance to enjoy the outside deck which was still a beautiful scenery, a must to take nice pictures. Also forgot about the drinks, I had a long island ice tea and wifey had a Moscow mule in which both were delicious and Taylor dropped off two glasses of champagne by the way was complimentary by the manager to toast our celebration. Will be returning very soon. Thanks for the excellent hospitality!!!!!
