First time at Mass Street Fish House and Raw Bar! Ordered 6 oysters as appetizer - delicious! Ordered Low Tide (shrimp, Oysters, Crab) also delicious! My partner ordered the Mushroom Rub Steak. Not so good! Steak is presented at the table sliced and on top of potatoes and broccolini. Steak was semi warm and the serving of broccolini was very large. Please don’t slice the steak…it loses heat and isn’t hot at the table. Potatoes were good but covered in broccolini! Wine and cocktail were great! Water at table got warm and ice was never replenished when refills were made. May return if the steak entree can be presented differently to preserve heat and each side is separated on the plate. Flavors of all were divine! Service was attentive and timely! Host honored our request to be re-seated in a space where we could sit side by side. Vibe is positive and diverse with families, children, couples, older patrons and younger guests!

We've been here many times and never disappointed. Tried the nachos for the first time and they are good, but just a lot of wonton chips without something to dip with them. The ramen was good as usual. My only complaint is the constant rising cost...ramen bowls that are now over $20 seems to be getting excessive.

Staff are very last and smelly and not very presentable and they look like they don’t shower or groom. Very dirty.
