The Bison Osso Buco in a blackberry bbq sauce was wonderful and my partner raved about the pork chop!

Everyone went out of their way to make it a enjoyable evening. Byron did great. Enjoyed his music and the acoustics wad much better than previous performances. Food and drink service was very and prices were reasonable.

Cattlemen’s is a very good restaurant. My husband’s rare prime rib was perfectly cooked and he was very happy. Appetizers were excellent. The deep fried green beans are wonderful. I also had the burnt ends prime rib bites and the loaded baked potato which were both very good. Service was incredible. Our server (Matthew) was just amazing. He had a great handle on everything available, he was fast, accurate and had the nicest demeanor of any wait staff I have ever seen. This is one energetic and friendly guy! The restaurant has been newly remodeled and is clean and very comfortable. Reservations worked very well for us because they were extremely busy.
