Located on Charleston's Upper King Street, Indaco (Italian for "indigo") serves rustic Italian cuisine. With community tables, an open kitchen, and a comfortable atmosphere, Indaco can accommodate 100 guests for a casual night of food and drinks. The wine list is focused on affordable Italian varietals, the Negroni cocktail is on tap, and the fresh sodas are made in-house. Our server, Cody was wonderful. His attentiveness and pleasant personality made our experience even bigger. We had the holy sh** Breakfast. It was incredible. My only suggestion is you adjusted for the number of people ordering it. For two people it was way too much/wasteful food.

Great service from the moment we entered the dining room. We were celebrating an anniversary and every person we encountered congratulated us - a very nice touch. The filet was cooked perfectly, the short ribs were delicious, the whipped Yukon golds were a fabulous texture and the autumn salad was super flavorful. As many have mentioned, the ultimate coconut cake was sublime! A must try.

We had a wonderful tapas style meal at Prohibition on King St. James did an outstanding job explaining the menu and answering questions. We had the lobster roll, chicken thigh, shrimp fried rice, and bone marrow. Everything was delicious, we think our favorite was the shrimp fried rice which was a unique southern take on the Chinese version.

Like many places in Charleston, the food and vibe at O-Ku was great, however, the service was OUTSTANDING. Kristen (I hope I’m spelling her name right) was our server and it was one of the best experiences my girlfriend and I have had. Her recommendations were spot on, she was very attentive, and she made O-Ku a spot that we will definitely be back at more often. Highly recommend.
