Best restaurant experience in the Hudson River Valley

This was a very special dining experience. It was like being on the set of The Bear only without all the tension and anger. We enjoyed watching the well trained students effectively and effortlessly prepare and serve our three course dinner. Our primary server, Jonathan, was exceptional. Poised, informative, knowledgeable and entertaining. The food is a five star experience. Every dish full of unique and savory flavors. A post dining stroll in the beautiful campus overlooking the Hudson River was a perfect finish to this fine evening.

Excellent service, excellent ambiance, and excellent food. Would definitely return, especially for a romantic dinner.

Lobster bisque wasn’t that great, but the fettuccine carbonara was excellent.

The smoked meats on the charcuterie board were phenomenal. We loved all of the character and charm as well as the history of the building. The owner Tom and his wife were so kind and attentive. We got dessert to go but they still brought out ice cream for my boyfriend’s birthday! When in NY we will definitely be back to visit.
