Welcome to The Tarratine. We focus on providing an elegant yet approachable experience for our community. Created with skill and passion, the menu features an exciting array of seafood, streak, brunch foods, and signature items from our Executive Chef and his culinary team. This is within our historic gentlemen's social club, built-in 1907. Our spacious venue allows for individual experiences in various spaces, including our rooftop terrace. The Tarratine provides a variety of spirits, cocktails, local brews on tap, and an approachable wine list. Parties of 12 - 18 guests will be offered a reduced restaurant menu.Parties with 19+ guests, please call us at 207-992-4090, and someone will love to talk to you about your special night.We allow you to bring in a cake from state-licensed bakeries; a $5 per person cutting fee will be added to the final bill.Due to the historic nature of the building, our upper levels are not handicap accessible.

Jordan Pond House, a restaurant and shop with a long tradition within Acadia National Park, sits on a hill overlooking a beautiful lawn along the Jordan Pond. Guests have been enjoying these amazing views and dining at this site since 1893 when Nellie McIntire, the first proprietor, started baking and serving her famous popovers out of the restaurant. Ever since then, we have been serving popovers and tea.Please note: Reservations may be made for inside dining only. Nebo Lodge is a small inn and restaurant on the unbridged island of North Haven, Maine. Dining at Nebo Lodge requires a boat ride to reach North Haven. The Maine State Ferry does not accommodate dinner reservations as the last ferry departs North Haven at 3:45pm. Nebo offers a private dinner cruise to reach the island most Fridays and Saturdays; tickets can be purchased here: http://www.nebolodge.com/round-trip-dinner-cruise. All of our meats are “naturally raised” meaning no steroids, antibiotics or hormones and “humanely raised” meaning room to roam, proper shelter and gentle handling. We make every effort to buy only sustainably harvested seafood, primarily from the Gulf of Maine. We have consistently searched out New England farmers and fisherfolk to purchase product that is not only great tasting but great for the environment and local economy as well.

    Lovely restaurant in an historic building. Local crab cakes were well seared and flaky and the oysters were plump and very fresh. The Salmon and Peas dish was delicious. The local salmon was tender and succulent. Drinks were reasonably priced, with the spicy “Bucket Brigade” a fun libation. Service was excellent, with a team approach.

    Our dinner for two at Kanù was a super cool experience. The fire and the lights made for a great vibe, and the food was amazing. Highly recommend the apple cheesecake!

    This was a random Monday evening so perhaps we can excuse the unbussed tables as the result of a slow night. We saw a grand total of 3 employees in the restaurant, and only one server for the entire dining room. That said, the food was about what you might expect from a chain pizza operation, especially given that we ordered their deep dish (not a very deep dish if you ask me) pizza x 2. Nothing very wrong, but the entire operation seemed tired. A little paint, some new decorative details, and some customers would be a great improvement. Not sure if we will be back or not.

    We traveled over five hours from Massachusetts to check out a local college and stayed overnight in Bangor. My nephew loves BWW and it was a great time to relax with him after a long day. The food was perfect and the wait staff was great. Highly recommended
