The staff went out of their way to make our son’s 27th birthday celebration one of the most outstanding experiences of our week in Grand Cayman. The food was amazing. They were extremely attentive to dietary restrictions. Our server was a delight, including capturing wonderful pictures. And, the chef even came out to greet us.  We look forward to coming back to the island and making Agua one of our first stops. 

We came here 12 years ago in our last trip to Grand Cayman. It was even better this time. My husband ordered the paella which was better than the ones we had in Spain! We recommended it to our neighbors who are traveling to Cayman in two weeks

Birthday celebration with 8 people but reserved for 10. They seated us within a minute of entering, the booth was clean and organised to truly accommodate 10 people. Each person tried something different but note that the wait time can be at least 15 mins from when the order is placed. They performed the birthday celebration and the atmosphere was lively as we would've liked. Overall everyone enjoyed it and we will be back again at various times of the year, so good job to the Spanglish team. However, I have to be fair - the serving sizes of the meals were smaller than expected for the prices we were paying. I cannot honestly say I was full after my meal. My advice to others would be to truly consider having the appetizer before so that you're fully satisfied. I just know that at some restaurants the main course is usually sufficient enough but Spanglish is not one of them unfortunately. Also, my group spent roughly 2.5hrs at Spanglish, a whole hour over what was planned. It felt like each time the server came to the table and noted our requests, it would take a while for them to reappear. Even when the bills were presented and we were ready to pay, there was a longer than necessary wait time to complete that process. I want to assume they weren't as busy so they left us to hang out longer than usual and didn't want to feel like they were rushing us as it was a birthday event, but I think more frequent check-ins would've been nice. This is usually a preference thing as some people may prefer not to be disturbed unless necessary so maybe communicate this to them early. Finally, please notify them in your reservation that you would like to split the bill! Note that the splitting of the bill that they offer you may not be on a "per person" basis if you have a party of 4+ people. Overall, it was an excellent spot for a Friday night and they'll see me again soon!

Arrived during Happy Hour by chance. The Red wine on HH was a delicious choice and the Prawns and Slider were amazing. I hope to get a chance to go back and explore the menu further. I finished with the Italian charceuterie board and a Bold Red flight. Perfect
