We've gone to Eno Vino on Junction Road for some time now. We actually like it better than the one downtown, as the service tends to be friendly. This time, the service and the food were exceptional. We were at Eno Vino to celebrate my husband's birthday with some friends. Our server and the woman she was training were prompt and friendly. While there was one small mistake in the bills (they put our friends' drinks on our bill and visa versa), they corrected it quickly with no complaints. A lovely, added touch was my husband's dessert was free and they wrote "Happy Birthday" in chocolate on the plate. The rest of what we ordered was delicious from the flat breads, to the green beans, maui-maui (the BEST dish on the menu), the oyster dish, and lobster--all very good and fresh. While we expect good food--we've almost never had a bad meal in the 9 or 10 years we've been going--it's the service that I want to mention. A few years ago, we went to Eno Vino for my birthday. My husband made it clear it was my birthday, but the server did not acknowledge it any way at all. In fact, the experience that night was unpleasant enough that we stopped going there for a while. So thank you for the thoughtful, attentive service the other night!

Pretentious in the best way - we ordered a bottle of red wine, not realizing it came with a fancy decanter that, when placed upon the table, was taller than us. The Cooper’s Hawk red was exceptional. Was it the wine, was it the decanter? We’ll never know. All the wines are paired with a menu item crafted to best showcase the wines’ flavors, which is a delightful concept for a restaurant. And shout out to our server, she was the best.
