Cooper’s Hawk in Troy service from the tasting to the table is amazing! The wine tasting staff are always nice, helpful and knowledgeable when discussing the wines and pairings. Ryan service is always top notch and he’s very attentive! Finally, for dinner, I ordered the shrimp and scallop risotto and added salmon. Chefs kiss, the food is flavorful and was a great pair with the Gewürztraminer.

They made my birthday experience one to remember. I especially love the deserts they prepared for my guests and I ( there were 12 of us), a sample of their three most loved deserts - the banana butter cake was delicious. Our waiter was absolutely exceptional, food great 10/10.

The butter fish special was expertly prepared . The service from the greeting, seating & meal presentation was efficient & genuinely appreciated.

We loved the environment - the presentation of the cocktails was unique however I was hoping for a better tasting cocktail given that is a speakeasy, etc. Regarding the food, appetizers were delicious esp the gruyere however the entrees were just fine.
