The Black Bull Inn, Moffat is an independently owned, award winning Scottish hostelry, established 1568. The oldest hostelry in the area, the Inn is well known for its links to Robert Burns, Scotland’s National Poet who visited during his heyday. We love this restaurant, food good and beautifully presented. Staff attentive and polite, if anything the service is too quick! No time to finish pre meal drink before food arrived. It’s such a lovely place we’d happily return.

Another lovely visit to the Stravaig. Warm welcome and excellent cocktails. Lovely ambience in the restaurant and attentive staff especially David the Manager. Great menu choice. Look forward to our next visit.

Tasting menu, with whisky pairing (we've done wine pairings at plenty of places but this was something new), absolutely excellent. Everything, the food, service, ambience, staff, all outstanding.
