Our first time visiting, and it will definitely not be our last! I was particularly impressed with the racial and ethnic diversity of the front-line staff, which, regrettably, is OFTEN not the case in high-end, fine dining restaurants! Kudos to the leadership Eddie Merlot's, as well as the members of the chef and service teams!

The best time... EVERY time! Eddie V's made my MIL's birthday special! Great calamari, bread, fried oyster, filet with sweet corn, and augratin potatoes are a must, east & west coasts oysters, south African lobster a family favorite, along with our Hope Diamonds. The food is made with love, and the service we got from Jody was FANTASTIC! It starts at the top, so after coming here for years, we know the management hasn't changed nor have the service people which says a lot about a restaurant. They ALL care about the experience and it shows ALL around!

Outstanding food, great excellent service! We dined on the patio and it was lovely.
