The mushrooms that came with the wagyu filet and the sautéed edamame app were very good. Tomahawk was good as well. The whiskey collection was outstanding with plenty of rare offerings. Both the steak and pork chop were fantastic and cooked to perfection. The seasonal vegetables were seductive. The creme rule and armangnac were unforgettable. The ambiance was just what we were looking for in that contemporary steak house that paid balanced homage to the traditional.
