The Rocking V Café in Kanab merges an art gallery, music and eclectic seasonal food in an old mercantile building. This unique restaurant emphasizes freshness and slow cooking. The art is from local artists only. For lunch at the Rocking V Café there are sandwiches, burgers, a falafel, mac n' cheese and shrimp and coconut ceviche. For dinner, choose from silver creek crusted trout, mahi mahi, southwestern fish tacos, bison tenderloin and Homer's dream pork chop.
