Toku’s cuisine is predominantly Japanese with influences from China, Korea, and South East Asia. Ingredients and cooking techniques throughout the world create the Modern Asian menu.     While in Great Neck for the weekend attending a friends wedding I checked out on yelp places to have lunch with my husband. I choose Rothschild after reading reviews. We were not disappointed with my choice. My husband had falafel pita with fries. I had the tuna burger with salad. Everything was spot on delicious! One of the best falafel pitas we’ve ever eaten. The French fries are addictive with just the right amount of salt. Forget about the tuna burger. The serving of tuna was probably 6 oz of perfectly cooked ahi tuna with a delicious sauce. Amazing meal and outstanding service. Everyone was on their A game!!!! Highly recommend *******

    We were celebrating our anniversary. Everyone made us feel special, from the we walked in to the time we left. The food was delicious, staff was excellent and service was beyond amazing. It was a very special place to celebrate our special occasion.

    Hummus with truffle mushrooms with warm pita was fantastic. Drinks very inventive. And a halva parfait and latte for dessert were delicious. Service was very attentive.

    we have been here several times recently -- reservations are always honored in terms of time, location and table preference. prices are slightly higher for comparable dishes, but the overall milieu and service make it worth while.
