Restaurants near Brooklyn Green Historic District

As always, it’s delicious. We come to this restaurant at least once or twice a month. It’s nice to see a lot of the same people work there and they always remember you and are very kind and quick with a smile. Would love the menu to change a little more often. But other Than that it’s fantastic. So the one thing you have to keep in mind it is a steakhouse basically so it’s gonna be a little bit more pricey. But it’s definitely worth it. MJ’s next-door, has more casual atmosphere a different more family, friendly menu, great cocktails, and an upbeat vibe with all the TVs.. thanks again guys! See you soon

Food was just meh. Charcuterie board was huge but with pretty low quality stuff so not really worth it. Entrees were ok, scallops were good, cod was boring, tasted like something you would make at home.

The food and service were excellent. When I made my reservation, I specifically asked for a table in the side room. That is much quieter than the big room. I’m pleased to write that my request was honored. 

Brandon such a friendly and attentive waiter, we cannot have asked for a better server . My husband & I had different steaks and they were delicious perfectly cooked. The fingerling potatoes were so crispy and the homemade steak sauce delicious. The only negative is the band in the Wolf stand was warming up, and that was a bit loud.

The food was amazing as usual and our server Calle was extremely attentive, anticipating our requests before we even thought to ask. Love Black Dog Bar & Grille!
