We had a wonderful time celebrating my Grandfather’s 97th birthday. Our server Mike went above and beyond to make the night enjoyable. The food was delicious as well!

Don's Pomeroy House delivered a great dining experience for us and another couple. The bar is isolated downstairs so we could engage in conversation in the quiet dining room. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and offered just the right level of attentiveness. The food was prepared as we ordered it and we enjoyed the dishes. Pacing of service was also quite good. We dined on a Thursday night so the dining room wasn't as busy as it might be on a Friday or Saturday night. If one has mobility issues, there is an entrance ramp available from the parking lot to the dining room. However once inside if you need to visit the bathrooms you have to walk down the steps to the bar area. The restaurant is in a historic building, so they're doing the best they can with facilitating access. Cost of dinner is not cheap, but the cost is competitive with other fine dining restaurants in the area.

Food was very good and plentiful. Had stuffed shells and prosciutto stuffed chicken. Both dishes hand plenty of sauce, flavorful and served very hot. For dessert, brownie sundae and chocolate cake. Brownies were a little hard, but the ice cream was delish and enough for 4 people. Chocolate cake was moist and delish. Service was a little long towards the end of the meal which was a little frustrating but it was very busy. The restaurant was very clean. Will definitely be back.
