Had dinner with my husband and a good friend tonight. Started with shrimp cocktail and oysters, both were great. We all had steaks. I had the surf and turf special, which I usually steer away from, it was wonderful. The NY strip was probably the best steak I’ve ever had. Lobster was perfectly cooked. Sides: mashed potatoes (pro tip: with truffle), Brussels sprouts (heavily roasted and crispy) and mushrooms (nice mix, could use a little seasoning, but still great). Great wine list, impeccable service, finished with a piece on butter pie. Perfect sweet ending.

Had a wonderful evening with our family to celebrate my wife’s birthday. We were sat in the round (serviced by bar staff). Jeremy was great. Service was timed/paced perfect to enjoy your drink/s and salad course. Entrees were solid, they know how to cook a steak to your exact order. They even served my wife a complimentary birthday sundae that was big enough to share and very good to boot! Thanks to everyone there, we will definitely come back!

My son and I dined at Carson’s on Sunday for lunch. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect, making us feel valued and welcome throughout the visit. The menu is impressively extensive. We started with the deep fried cinnamon biscuits, and they were so amazing that we packed 2 of them to bring home on our flight toChicago. I also ordered the watermelon jalapeño margarita mocktail, which tasted very fresh ( not too spicy…). We split a Caesar salad with shaved chicken, and the sweet chicken and waffles. The portions were plentiful, and both tasted delicious. From fresh, flavorful appetizers to the perfectly prepared main courses, each plate was a masterpiece of perfection.
