I was there for a business lunch. Our server was great and didn't interrupt to often. The food came out fresh and hot and the venue was charming and wonderful. I love this place.

Rick Erwin’s is a beautiful venue on top of the AC hotel. The bar area is to the left of the elevator and is a modern design. The dining area is also modern, yet cozy and private tables. The food was good, but not exceptional. We both had steaks that were cooked to perfection. The fried green tomatoes were good. The craft cocktails were excellent. The Caesar salad was VERY fishy and basically inedible. Staff was attentive , but the small details you would expect in a high end restaurant were lacking. For example, we had to switch tables because there was some type of black grease on our tablecloth.

Dined at Heirloom recently as we were in Spartanburg for a concert. The cocktail menu is extensive. Ordered the Blackberry Bramble which was light and refreshing. Our server was very friendly and brought a huge basket of warm, pillowy Southern buttermilk biscuits with whipped honey butter to our table. The entrees selected were cooked to perfection and featured local ingredients: Walnut Creek Farms burger and Homemade Chicken Pot Pie with garden vegetables. Highly recommend Heirloom!

We went to Oak 1831 for Easter dinner and had a fantastic experience. The food was excellent and the service was wonderful from start to finish. Located inside the Sheraton Four Points lobby (we live in the area), the restaurant has a high-end feel with a beautiful bar area and a very nice overall setting. Parking was easy, and everything—from the evenly paced service to the appetizers, salads, and entrées—was spot on. The steak and pork chop were both cooked perfectly and full of flavor. They also have an impressive draft beer selection featuring local breweries, which was a great bonus. Prices were surprisingly reasonable—better than many other restaurants in Spartanburg—especially considering the quality of the food and atmosphere. Highly recommend Oak 1831 if you’re looking for a great meal in a comfortable and classy setting.
