Great food great environment great service Very friendly but professional

We had a lovely meal to at Frankie. The food was excellent. Brilliant menu with generous optuobs and info for dietary requirments. Great service. It was rather noisy though, a challenge for a hearing impaired person. They must be doing something right to have a nearly full room on a Monday nighg in May.

Booked for midday. The rush started about thirty minutes later after we had put in our orders. Excellent choices for starters and mains. My choice of oysters followed by steak was excellent. There is an interesting choice of wine and beer. Perhaps prices were a fraction expensive. Service was unfailingly friendly and efficient. It defies belief that after such a quality meal you cannot get a coffee.

Excellent venue, the food is delicious, generous servings and exceptional value. What we also love about the hotel is the incredible staff, they are very helpful, friendly and do their upmost to make your night sooooo enjoyable. They even put Happy Birthday signs on our table which was lovely and a surprise. Thank you

Everything was lovely we had a Red Balloon voucher for Accomodation Dinner and Breakfast and would stay again in the future
