Our server was great but the food was just ok. 2 of us had the walleye and 2 had coconut shrimp. We have gotten the walleye her before and it was good. This time both of us thought it wasn’t good at all and only ate about a fourth of the filet. For the price definitely not worth it. Coconut shrimp was just ok. They said they would not order it again. We will have to think twice before we come back

Beautiful, New England like atmosphere, on the channel of Gull Lake. Menu has variety. Expensive.

Excellent meal. We started with the brussell sprouts appetizer and they were cooked to perfection. My husband had the steak Oscar and I had the roasted half chicken. Both were exceptionally delicious. For dessert, I had the chocolate torte with strawberry puree and it was one of the best things I've ever eaten. My husband had the creme brulee and thoroughly enjoyed it. I'm not sure of our servers name (Elona?), but she was absolutely outstanding; friendly, helpful and there when we needed something, but never hovering. She also made some exceptional cocktails! We had a great experience and would highly recommend Char.

What an amazing experience we had. From the moment we walked into CRU until we left. We felt like we were the only ones there! We went with the 4 course blind taste menu. The wine was perfectly described and the food was amazing! The wait staff was absolutely a delight. CRU has set the bar incredibly high for fine dining and amazing experience! If you are looking for an extraordinary food and wine experience, look no further!

Jess is always a great server. The food was excellent for all four of us. A great place for a nice dinner.
