New Vida Preserve Restaurant is located in the re-imagined former Paleface Ski Mountain Lodge and now the largest resort in the Adirondacks at 2000 acres. Pleasantly surprised! The bartender made great drinks including a Boulevardier making a fun show of it! Our appetizer of smashed potatoes poutine was full of flavor ( and we want another before we go back). Burgers were delicious. We went upstairs to the roof for a drink and the view is spectacular! Only suggestion is to get some more umbrellas or shade up there. Great place.
