Chef Paul Friedman is a Master Chef with over 40 years of experience in the restaurant industry. As Executive Chef & Owner he helped shape Peli Peli into a beloved destination for adventurous diners. After retiring from Peli Peli in 2018, Paul returned to his original location at Vintage Park to unveil his latest and most personal creation: The Chef’s Table.“This is by far my best creation yet,” says Chef Friedman. “I hope to leave a legacy here that my children and grandchildren will be proud of.”

    Our waiter Chance was phenomenal!! Not only did he give us the history of the restaurant but he also made the best recommendations on what to order. The food was amazing and the portion sizes are huge. We were too full to eat dessert but couldn’t pass up the award winning chocolate cake. We ordered a cake to go and ate it later that evening. It was so delicious and fresh that you could taste that it was prepared that day. Even our leftovers were delicious too the next day. So stop by for a fantastic meal and enjoy the historic Wunsche Bros in Old Town Spring. Ask for Chance and enjoy for yourself the best service and meal
