Restaurants near Bay City Mall

Excellent staff, food quality is always very good with quick service. One of our favorite places to dine, either in Bay City or Frankenmuth.

Always enjoy the atmoshere here. The side dishes are always fabulous and flavorful. My husband decided to try something different than the Hunters Schnitzel, which is always delicious, and ordered the whitefish, which seemed like a safe choice for Michigan. The fish was a very thin piece that was dry and tasted "fishy", not fresh. The tartar sauce tasted like sour cream. I had the chicken birthday dinner, which is always good, but not the #1 chicken recipe I've tasted. I've personally never cared for the taste and texture of the stuffing recipe, but the green bean mix, buttered noodles, pasta salad, coleslaw and carrot salad were all wonderful. Service was great. We always enjoy our dinners there , as we have for years, but will steer clear of the whitefish in the future. Probably should've commented about the fish when the waitress asked how everything was, but we'd rather just not order it again. The only time I've ever sent food back was when the fish was too raw to eat, and management made such a fuss that it was embarrassing.

Always great to catch the games here, atmosphere is welcoming and friendly.
