Chandler’s opened it’s doors in December of 1999 behind the historical Symons General Store building. It’s a cozy place with only 50 seats in the main dining room & 10 seats at the bar. When real estate is too tough to find - it’s standing room only! For a change of scenery, guests can enjoy dining in the wine cellar where they are surrounded by the 4,000 bottle collection that serves both the restaurant and Symons General Store. In the warmer months, guests can choose to dine outside, on Chandler’s brick courtyard.

    we visited on a Wednesday night and had a nice table in the wine cellar. We both had veal scallopini with terrific mushroom sauce. Portion of veal was a bit skimpy, but the flavours were fantastic. Obviously a varied wine list. We would definitely recommend a visit.

    Food and service were fantastic! Loved the Walleye and Perch! Nice touch with free birthday dessert and we highly recommend the Grasshopper for a dessert drink! We’ll be back!

    Worth the drive. Beautiful outdoor seating. Food and service was excellent. Great evening celebrating an anniversary and be able to take sunset pictures. Food outstanding!

    We enjoyed trying 3 different menu items-they were all delicious. We really liked the sauce with the sticky ribs. I enjoyed an after drink, You're turning Violet, Violet, before dinner and it was great. Our server, Alex, was exceptional. Very professional, great descriptions of the menu items, and perfect timing. It was the perfect evening to sit outside on the patio.
