As ALWAYS, the Gasthaus hospitality and experience was everything we have come to anxiously expect in EVERY possible way and then some! Wonderfull 5-star meals, professional yet personable well-kept gasthaus staff, lots of happy and smiling patrons and a VERY clean and cozy nostalgic atmosphere that just simply makes you not want to leave and instead stay there forever!!!! First time diner, who had a great experience. Drew was fantastic, and quite frankly was the only member of the team that we saw smile. He was an attentive yet not intrusive. The hanger steak was tender, succulent, and flavorful. The mac & cheese was a real treat. When in Kansas City next time, definitely will return.
