Waitress was very pleasant. Food and service very good. Hostess and Host upon entering were a little odd.

I have eaten at Martorano's Prime just a few times. It never disappoints. From the seafood to the steaks to the pasta...it was all amazing. I will definitely be going back.

The food and atmosphere was calm & cool. However, upon arrival, there was No One there to greet or seat anyone. We stood there for a few minutes and was never acknowledged UNTIL we walked to the left of the greeting station to sit down at a table. Only then did someone approach us just to tell us that we could not sit there as she then attempted to go on her way. I told the lady I made a reservation 5 days ago. Only then did they begin to even assist us. Once we were seated, after that, the experience was great and so was our server who was pregnant!

Our waitress Alexa was excellent for a table of eight.
