Absolutely delicious! Our family of five had a lovely evening at Can Can! Food was delicious, scallops were scrumptious! Cocktails perfect and topped off the evening with carrot cake creme brûlée. Will definitely return for dinner❤️

I ordered the scallops which were not nearly as fresh or as tasty as the raw oysters. My husband’s Steak (Petite Filet) was worth the price, tender, juicy and melted in your mouth. The lobster mac and cheese, the cream corn and the asparagus, as well as the crème brûlée were great. The drinks we mixed really well and the calamari was tender. Our server was less than optimal. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday with our daughter and our son in law. They highly recommended Bookbinders for the food and the service. They agreed that the server was not having her best day. They said usually they wipe the crumbs, present the food well, explain and make recommendations from the menu and your table doesn’t usually have a lot of empty plates left behind, and that your water is always full. This was not the experience we have on a very cold Tuesday night. It didn’t appear to be overly busy, so unsure why our service was not what is usually experienced. We don’t mind paying the price, but with the price comes a level of expected service for the experience which we did not get.

Wonderful service and delicious food! From the appetizer through to the dessert, we loved our dinner out at Brenner Pass. We took advantage of the Thursday night pasta and wine special and will be back!
