This is my favorite restaurant in Hot Springs. The good is amazing, ALWAYS.

The food was amazing - I had the filet mignon with whipped potatoes and steamed asparagus. The horseradish sauce that I put on my steak was fresh horseradish. We had yeast rolls with truffle honey butter (amazing!). My husband had the shrimp and grits, the flavor would have given South Carolina or New Orleans a run for their money. The service was outstanding, never had to ask for refills on water. Our waiter was quite attentive and very helpful with descriptions of food items, etc. Please visit this venue if you want food that is excellent.

Great experience. The staff was very nice and helpful. The filet was cooked perfectly and well seasoned. Only feedback would be that the brussel sprouts were undercooked. Other than that, the food was fantastic.

This was our second time eating at 501 Prime. As the first experience, this dinner date was superb. Our server, Chris, was the epitome of professional, kind and delightful. He was very attentive but allowed us to enjoy our food and conversation. We never felt rushed but our needs were always anticipated in a timely manner. Our food was world-class. 501 Prime is truly a jewel to be treasured in Hot Springs.

Better than expected! We haven’t been to Arlington Hotel in a long time and wanted to try out their Sunday brunch. We were impressed! Wide selection of food, all hot, all good quality. Jacob Flores the “one man band” was playing a wide variety of amazing live music. Would recommend and would go back again.
