Best dining option in Bryan/College Station Area. Food is outstanding and the waitstaff is always very attentive.

I had the BLT wedge salad with a side 4oz filet. It was very tasty and the service was very good.

Brossa’s is a great restaurant. People don’t expect to find such excellent food and drink in Washington County and that’s why I love to take out-of-towners. It has always had an excellent wine list and has added an open bar with a creative and talented bartender. The pasta dishes are always spot on so I stuck with that and my guest’s three small plates looked superb, especially the meatballs. Check it out. Oh, and the owner’s wife is an excellent tailor - makes the costumes for Brenham’s acclaimed Unity Theater. Talented couple. Unfortunately, while-you-dine tailoring is not offered at the restaurant.

The tables near the kitchen are too close to the serving line and it gets very loud and busy right behind your chairs.
