We are a small restaurant with only 22 seats and cannot accommodate larger parties. Established in April of 2015, The Taverna serves authentic Greek fare while remaining true to our Greek roots. Sea Dog Brewing Co. Topsham is located at 1 Bowdoin Mill Island. The highlights on the menu include the lobster roll and the hazelnut porter along with the spicy volcano burger. There are also quite a few options when it comes to brews such as the east India ale the raspberry ale and golly wobble ale. The volcano burger is the crowd puller, which comes along with spicy tomatillo salsa that can easily take you to burger heaven for a few minutes.Sea Dog Brewing Co. also has weekly specials added to the menu so there's always something interesting to try out for the first time. My husband and I tried the feta spread appetizer which was delicious, a leek pie with phyllo. Our server was knowledgeable on the food but also the wine. They offered tasting samples on the wine which was helpful. Our main course was grilled lamb and veal that were seasoned & cooked to perfection. This is a must try destination.
