What a great experience. The service was superb, and the food was outstanding. They have done some remodeling, and the finished product is perfect for a fine restaurant such as Sam's. The owner Sorkis Webbe was very gracious and made everyone feel very welcome. If you have not been to Sam's in a while I think you will enjoy what they have done to one of St. Louis's best steakhouses.

First time visit. Went for our anniversary. The attention to detail was excellent. We've spent a lot more at similar steakhouses and haven't had nearly the wonderful experience as we had here! Being seated by the manager was a nice touch. Prior to going, the only thing we knew was that it was attached to a Holiday Inn, which made us suspect and we thought we'd be severely disappointed. But since it got a good rating on Yelp we chanced it-- we're so glad we did! The cocktails were delicious and interesting. The wine list superb. We LOVED the salads that arrived "family style"- a Caesar and a mixed-greens salad choice. They came with homemade dressings that I wanted to drink from the bowls! Our steaks were cooked to our liking. I ordered the filet Oscar style and it was delicious! There were many choices of sides from which to choose. We ordered the whipped potatoes, asparagus, and the pepper cream sauce for my wife's filet and they were all yummy! Finally, we were given a free large slice of their "wedding cake" (vanilla cake with a phenomenal almond buttercream frosting) for dessert and devoured it! Don't hesitate going here. We think you'll enjoy it as much as we did!!

We tried their new lunch options and found them like the dinner options. Friends joined us and we enjoyed a relaxed and delicious late lunch!

Our first time but certainly not last! From checking in to service to food…… all outstanding! Our Manhattan was amazing and the wine selection was superb! The best was just the flavors of our dinner! There were 7 in our party and the staff were very attentive! Thank you for a great night!
