From the get-go, we were made to feel welcomed, valued, and heard. The "emotional support manager" was incredible and accommodating, making the night feel special. Our server was sweet, charming, and knowledgeable, and if I had the funds I would have wanted to taste every offering on the menu. It looked impeccably curated, and what we had was wonderfully plated and full of excellent textures and flavors. Overall, we will absolutely return, the food was marvelous, the service impeccable, and they made sure to make our celebration of my wife returning home from school a lovely and memorable time. I will certainly be back to try more of their menu!

First Brazilian Steakhouse experience! Highly recommend…The food was wonderful and the service was exceptional. The tables were too close together in my opinion and it wasn’t the “ambience” I was expecting. Guests were much more casual than I anticipated.

Celebrating Sons graduation from UTSA and promotion to Senior Staff Aide for Senator Ted Cruz ( San Antonio office). The Chart House was absolutely amazing.... My son had accompanied the party escorting the Honduran Ambassador at the Tower some time ago but had never actually been to the chart house. We were very impressed with the service, food, amazing views, ambience, cleanliness... Everything ! We enjoyed outstanding entrees, beverages, and service for six complete rotations ! Im not a big fan of Calamari but my son ordered the appetizer. I was quite impressed. Most places I've been to, the calamari was like trying to chew rubber bands. At the chart House it was amazing. My lady and I enjoyed the prime rib which was fantastic, and my son had Salmon (i tried a good bite) which literally melted in my mouth. Our highest complements to your chefs. Overall, our visit to the chart house was a very memorable and enjoyable evening of celebrating. Outstanding service and food. A special thank you to Josh (Joshua) our server who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.
