This restaurant is absolutely fantastic! I brought my friend here for brunch to celebrate her landmark birthday and our server ( Steven) and manager (Patrick) went out of their way to make this occasion super special. I would be hard pressed to fine another restaurant in Pittsburgh that offers this trip of dining experience. Between the fun cocktails ( w/ flowers) to the decadent and unique menu choices( smoked salmon Benedict to carrot cake pancakes), to complimentary birthday treats, this restaurant exceeds all kinds of expectations! We will return to this restaurant and plan to make it a birthday ritual. 🎉🎉🎉

Forma Pasta is the perfect blend of going out to dinner for a date or a fun night with friends and going to Nonna’a for a family meal. The dishes are shareable and trust me, you’ll want to share! BYOB and get comfortable … the vibe is so relaxed, but the food is so elevated. You’ll come back the next day to shop the “market” cases of fresh pasta!

Altius provided such an incredible dinner experience. We were running slightly late due to some major traffic issues, but the staff were amazingly accommodating and positive while alerting them of this issue on the phone. Upon arrival, we were greeted and guided to our upper-level table which provided the most amazing view of Pittsburgh. We were celebrating our 5th anniversary, to which all of the staff delivered well wishes throughout the evening. Our server was spectacularly knowledgeable of the menu and provided a wonderfully attentive service the entire way through our meal. The food was delicious, leaving both myself and my wife impressed with the portion sizes. You won't leave hungry by any means. Each bite offered a great deal of complexity and flavor, yet it was still incredibly balanced. The cocktails were of a very high quality as well. We will definitely be back to Altius; hopefully sooner than later!

Always a wonderful experience in North Fayette, PA.

I didn’t recognize the bartender working today. I sat at the bar trying to get his attention for several minutes. He was talking to a female employee with his back to the restaurant the whole time. He was the only bartender working. This is usually a great experience all round but the service today was poor. I skipped ordering a second pint as he was deeply engaged in a new conversation with a guy on the back corner, again, his back was to all the customers for several minutes. The food items are unique and large portions. The beer selection is very good. I’ll still go back next trip but will avoid if I see the big guy there.
