El restaurante Chop House es una mezcla innovadora de parrillada inglesa y bar de cocteles, manejado por el mismo equipo del Montheits Restaurant, el Sygn Bar y The West Room. El restaurante Chop House hace mucho hincapié en la procedencia de los ingredientes y utiliza únicamente las mejores carnes de res obtenidas de proveedores artesanales escoceses.
