    This experience was absolutely delightful! The food is definitely some of the best food I have had in my life! Every bite of the salmon I ordered was just incredible. We also ordered an octopus sampler (our first time trying it). It totally set the bar super high! It was amazing and super delicious. I will be going back because I just can’t get over how great the food was! The services was great too, Marco was really helpful and attentive. If you’re in Merida, BE SURE TO CHECK THIS SPOT! ¡Esta experiencia fue absolutamente encantadora! ¡La comida es sin duda una de las mejores que he probado en mi vida! Cada bocado del salmón que pedí fue simplemente increíble. También pedimos una muestra de pulpo (era la primera vez que lo probábamos). Fue increíble y súper delicioso. ¡Volveré porque no puedo creer lo buena que estaba la comida! El servicio también fue excelente; Marco fue muy servicial y atento.     La comida muy tradicional pero con fusión de algunos sabores diferentes. El lugar está muy bonito y súper céntrico. La atención fue excelente por parte de la hostess y del mesero. La verdad sí lo recomiendo.

    Lou’s is a perfect dining alternative if looking for a respite from traditional Yucatan cuisine in Merida. My wife ordered the teres major steak and I had the double pork chop. Both delicious! Bruce the owner, is a warm and welcoming host that offers recommendations (and stories). All in all, a great dining experience in Merida.
