Restaurants near Hotel Laguna

I have been going to Brussels Bistro for at least 20 years. It’s one of my favorite places in Laguna Beach. Their moules frites never disappoint, and it’s like being a kid in a candy store if you like Belgian beer. The service is always consistently good and I love the ambience.

We recently celebrated our 19th wedding anniversary at Larsen, and the experience was fantastic. The cocktails were top-notch, and we started with a refreshing wedge salad. We then split the filet and potatoes au gratin, which were both cooked to perfection. Our server, Jacob, was prompt and attentive throughout the evening, and the hostess added a special touch by congratulating my wife as we were seated. Great food, excellent service, and a memorable evening!

Sometime I’ll have to order something other than the rotisserie chicken, but I like it so much that I always get it, and it never disappoints. My husband and I also shared the roasted beet salad, and it was very good. Our server, whose name I am not sure of, was terrific.

We enjoyed the ambiance of sitting outside with a direct ocean view. We were immediately greeted with very friendly hosts. The Lobster Hash was great, my wife ordered the Fish & Chips which was very well made with an very light batter and moist cod. Clam chowda was really good with bacon in it. Enjoyed the Black Pearl drink (wonderful) and my wife had the Upside down. Finished with the Bacon Topped Toffee Cake. Great way to end the meal. Highly recommend The Driftwood Kitchen.

Love this place for lunch. The parkerhouse rolls are amazing and some tasty cocktails too! Appetizers are big enough for lunch. Love the mussels. Bring back the bang bang shrimp!
