Restaurants near Shangri La

We had the Utopia veggie pizza and it was delicious. Way bigger than expected and easily enough for two people. Also had the Coconut cake and it was magnificent. Everything was perfect. The food, service and view! Perfect!

Our Server was absolutely amazing. She may be great recommendations. Food was spectacular! Mai tai’s are the best  the views are stunning

We absolutely love this restaurant. We came back to Hawaii for our honeymoon and the first place we came to right after checking into our hotel was this place! We couldn’t wait to come back and enjoy the delicious food. The mushroom pizza is a fave of ours as well as the Mai Tai! This place is a must! An absolute must when you are here in Waikiki!

As always, the meal at Merriman’s was excellent. We enjoyed a spicy shrimp appetizer served in a hot skillet along with great house bread for sopping up the delicious garlic sauce. Next course, Merriman’s Caesar salad featuring a fried green tomato! The main course was the catch of the day: grilled ono with Parmesan gnocchi and sautéed bok choy over a delicious macadamia nut romesco sauce— it was outstanding. We were celebrating my birthday and I was gifted with a scoop of their house made vanilla ice cream. The only disappointment was that we forgot to order a bag of their biscuits to take home for breakfast!

Our experience at Ruth Chris was a memorable one. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary in Waikiki Hawaii. Our waitress Chrissy was very attentive and made sure that our dinner was enjoyable and was special for my husband and I. Thank you Ruth Chris for the table decorations and all of the special attention by the managers in congratulating us on our special day. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone when visiting Honolulu Hawaii.
