Felt bad for the greater. After we checked in to our reservation a larger group asked about some things. Didn’t have on masks. And over all was just a shitbag of entitlement.
Beautiful evening at Lahaina! We had a party of 6 and everyone LOVED their meals! The views were beautiful!! Would definitely recommend!! Make sure to make reservations in advance!
Great view and the fish was great, fresh caught that day!
Great place our waiter was excellent. Food was great
We were in vacation in Maui and the food here was great, the view fantastic and the service was accommodating and wonderful. If your kids don’t like fish they have plenty of other options. Book wayyyy ahead or walk in early.
Unfortunately the food was not great. The ahi was seasoned with Cajun spices. Who puts Cajun spices on fresh ahi tuna? We were told by the waitress it would be plain seared. Waitress never brought dressing for salads. The restaurant over looks the water so it was beautiful to watch the sunset. The wedge salad was tasty. My son liked the fish tacos.
Hostess to server always a smile .
The most amazing food .
Great location .
My son said best food he ever ate and he has been around the world
It was so good, we came back for a second time!
All the food was great! Loved the Maui mule so much, we had two!
It was an excellent nice. Everyone was friendly and welcoming!
Great food and great service. Our waiter Bret was wonderful..
Great food, great service
Outstanding in every category. The Aloha spirit is alive and well here, from the welcome greeting, to tge chefs'cooking and serving. Being over the water brings the restaurant over the top.
Archer was an awesome waiter. You’re fortunate if he waits on you. My daughters and I steaks were outstanding. Perfectly prepared and the blue cheese set it over the top.
My youngest daughter enjoyed her kid slider burgers.
Fortunately Archer recommended them over the regular burger, which he felt she’d enjoy better because it was served on Hawaiian sweet rolls.
My mother-in-laws lobster was a little over done and she described it as good but not great. She mentioned it felt rubbery. My wife’s linguini was also alright. Not great, but the most important part of the plate, the shrimp, she said were good.
My wedge salad was really good. I was beat out on ordering the calamari over the brussels sprouts which I would have preferred. They were alright, but not much different than anywhere else you would order calamari.
The two deserts we ordered were amazing, so I was told. I had one spoonful of the Hawaii lime pie (not key lime) which was outstanding and I wish I could have had more. My daughters ordered it does me and proceeded to gobble it all up for themselves.
My wife and mother in law raves about the award winning pie (didn’t catch the name of it) and didn’t get a chance to even sample the desert.
Overall you’ll enjoy your dinner when you dine here. I wanted to try the fish dishes but a few times earlier in the week was disappointed at the small portions I’d received so I pasted it safe and ordered the rib-eye that didn’t disappoint.
Remember if you get a chance to make reservations and ask for Archer.
Great food, terrific service, amazing view!
Really awesome location and the food is amazing! Highly recommend.
The food was really good, but both of the people waiting on us were nice but not really happy or enthusiastic. The wait staff dampened the experience.
Last minute decision to go get a bite to eat and fish co never disappoints!! Make a reservation like we did! People who didn’t have one had a wait of about 30-35mins. Can’t wait for the bar to do more chairs but it is what it is for now.
Small portions, overpriced, even fish and chips for $20 was 3 small pieces my son was starving after we left, wanted a beer but $10 is outrageous. Better places to go.
The host was very friendly. View on the water was stunning. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable. Our food was presented beautifully and was delicious. We had a wonderful dining experience.
Food was mediocre- WAAAAAAAYYYYY overpriced. Lacked character and ambiance.
Mai Tai’s are small and weak. Food is good and view is amazing.
Seafood lau lau was delightful! I felt the pickled sweet onion could use more salt, but the seafood mix was spectacular. Great local greens salad with papaya dressing that wasn’t too sweet. Fried artichoke hearts are great, but we didn’t like the overly lemony dipping sauce. The only real true disappointment was the cocktails: Island Margarita ($16) tasted only of store-bought sweet & sour mix & the Hana Rainbow Punch ($13.50) tasted like watery fruit juice. Their bar could definitely do better.
Food was good, service was excellent.
The food was the best we’ve had on our trip. Highly recommend. The service was wonderful and we were lucky enough to sit on the balcony to enjoy the beautiful view for sunset.
Good experience, as in the past. Food was really good.
A fabulous meal, view, wine, and service to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary. aloha!
Our meals were just ok. I would not order them again. I had the seafood lau lau plate and it was ok. The presentation was phenomenal but the sweet potatoes were mushy and the seafood just tasted ok. Wasn’t great. My wife had the Maui olowalu and it was too spicy for her. The Cajun was over the top. When we mentioned to the server at the time he brought the tab, he said “why didn’t you let me know,” but this was the first time he visited the table after our meals came and we had no water at this point...he brought us a free scoop of ice cream. Beautiful view, nice enough server, the food just wasn’t that great.
Great place! Steve was our server and he was awesome
Great service great food great ambiance made us feel so welcomed and we even saw a turtle swimming by!!
Steve, our server was fantastic! The food was great and the experience in general was fantastic! We will be back again next time we are on Maui!
Amazing view. Food is pretty good but not amazing. Ambiance is great and the ocean breeze coming through the restaurant feels perfect on a hot day. Don’t order the ahi salad unless you want to pay $26 for a bag of lettuce and a tablespoon of fish. My friend’s tofu curry order was much better/generous portion. Dessert — the pie was great! The chocolate silk was bitter. We almost got the mousse instead — that’s probably the best option if you want chocolate.
The Mahi Olowalu I had was good. The Mac Nut Crusted Mahimahi my wife had was great (the coconut ginger beurre blanc made it taste so good!). We were very disappointed that we couldn't substitute vegetables for rice and mashed potatoes without incurring a $6 charge. We declined the substitution. (It is our opinion that substitution of a starch, which our meal routine does not allow, for healthy vegetables should be encouraged by restaurants and customers should not be charged, like Tommy Bahamas did for us the day before.) The restaurant is on the water, so the tranquil sea, gentle waves, and sail boats was a good ambience during our meal.
Dinner was just ok than past visits. The food and service has lessened. Was quite disappointed with our server and lack of attention our table received. Might consider other places to try on our next visit to Lahaina.
My meal was very salty. I had the paella.
Great location, amazing views, and great food!
This place is a MUST. My husband had the blackened opah, I had the ahi tuna. Both excellent! We were sat by the water so the view was spectacular. Our server was awesome! So friendly and gave great recommendations. Will visit again soon.
Vacation. Server was great
Best view. Best server. Good grub!
Go here. You will not be disappointed.
Excellent food, very good staff and service, views are breathtaking! We always eat here when on Maui. Mahalo
