Lago - Bellagio
Was served some very foul tasting supposedly crab salad. Definitely!!! Was not crab. Looked raw. Sent it back and felt sick all night from the one taste. Never again
Just go and eat. You’re welcome.
Had hair in the pasta and branch looking thing in my mash potato. Views are pretty but probably won’t go back. 😞
Todo riquísimo, excelente ubicación !!
The small plates are perfect for sharing! Everything is always fresh and delicious! Love the view of the fountain!
If you’re looking for the most romantic view on the strip, look no further than the patio at Lago. Service second to none
Excellent food & service. The best view ever.
Way too loud.
Thank!!! We are very happy!!
So loud! Will never go back. Waitress and staff was kind and attentive
Food quality very disappointing
No Menus available. Waiter suggested platters for the table but didn't say what these would be or how expensive this option would be. We were rushed between courses and waiter never visited the table to check everything was ok with the meal/offer drinks.
Everything was wonderful & the fountain view was amazing.
We had THE WONDERFUL brunch. Our server Alex was on top of everything. Our drinks were never empty and we never felt rushed during the courses. Food was so yummy!!
First time to Lago my entire family, eight of really enjoyed our experience. Food and service was excellent and the decor is incredible and overlooking the fountains. Long time Vegas visitor long time Bellagio guest. Lago is very special
We had the best table for 2 and were able to watch the fountain show 6 times. Service was excellent.
We always enjoy Lago. The Bistecca is unbelievably delicious. We do wish they would bring back the Ensalata di Mare. It was so fresh, light and delicious. Everything was excellent, from the service to the food. We eat here every time we go to Las Vegas, even when we don't stay at Bellagio.
Service was excellent. Ordered family style. Portions are on smaller side/tapas.
Linguine w/ clams (one had sand), risotto di mare were good but pricey. Duck Tagiatelli, Branzino were ok. Meatballs...juicy but had better. Pass on the veal (did not care for the strange acidic taste).
Highlight: Fountain view and desserts (all delicious desserts! creme brûlée, tiramisu)
Great food, excellent service and good vegan options as well. Sat on the patio and got a wonderful view of the fountain show.
Was surprised by how mediocre the food was for the money. The waitress was very sweet and the drinks were good, but quite overpriced. Harvest blows this place out of the water.
Birthday celebration. Denise our server was absolutely amazing!
When we got there at 2:05. they said they are already closed. they close everyday at 2pm. they shouldn't take reservations for 2:15pm. ambience was like a bar with few bistros, under too bright daylight and receiving all the noise from casino. its normal considering place got no door or separator from casino. Also there was a strong and bad fish smell, was not fresh when cooked obviously.
We are locals so we come here often. I immediately noticed that the menu had changed and when I ordered some of the regular dishes such as the linguini with clams, it was no longer the “home-made pasta” but the regular dry pasta you can get anywhere, I mentioned it to our server and she told us the head Chef had changed so the hand made pastas had changed. She (Mickey) explained the reason why it changed and which one is now home made, etc...Anyhow, Mickey has been far the best server we have had of all the times we have been at this restaurant. Honestly, we may have not come back if not for her. But after her explanation, we HAVE to come back to try the new Chef’s hand made Gnocchi.
A great lunch! Food was incredible and full of flavour! Views sensational and service couldn’t be better.
Food was not great. View is amazing. Service is good. Crowded and noisy. Super overpriced.
Beautiful and elegant restaurant. Excellent and timely service. Food beautifully plated and delicious. Had a lovely view of the Bellagio fountains and seated outdoors but with the heat lamps nearby, did not feel cold at all. It was a spectacular dinner event for my husband and me to celebrate his birthday. Would highly recommend for any special occasion.
Brunch is a MUST and if Weather Permits: Sit outside on the Patio! We have enjoyed Brunch here multiple times and their Brunch is a very nice offering. This time we were disappointed because our Entrees were cool and the GREAT assortment of Desserts was NOT it's normal HUGE Variety. Lago has VALUE for the Strip and we LOVE their Gravlaks even though I would enjoy Toast Points instead of the Crackers. We WILL Return for SURE however I can NOT give Lago the props I would normally because of the above.
I noted on my reservation that I was celebrating my mom’s birthday. The restaurant overlooked the notes completely and set us at a nondescript table with no mention of the special occasion. The served brunch items were good, especially the duck polenta. However, the mini pastries left on the table were disappointing (small and cold) and the dessert buffet was half empty. This was prime brunch time too and trays were not replenished and left bare. Also, I felt the restaurant furniture were placed too close together, felt claustrophobic throughout.
Lego's contemporary atmosphere and view of the Bellagio fountains is just beautiful--really stunning and fun. The servers were friendly and great. However, considering the reviews I read and the pricing, I was highly disappointed in the quality of the food--it was not as good as generic local pizza "joints". I would try Picasso or another high end restaurant before trying Lago, especially if you plan to only go to one "nice" meal. If I had been on a date rather than with my daughter it would have been embarassing.
We chose a series of tapas bc I usually think that's fun to do, and a safe bet for each person to get some dishes they like. Of the 8 or so dishes we ordered only one was actually hot. The food tasted as if each were precooked and then just sat under a warmer until someone ordered it. All dishes were bland. The one actually hot pasta dish (which came out last) I had high hopes for. But as I ate it I realized my association; it reminded me of my childhood--the nostalgic taste of . . . Chef Boyardee canned spaghetti w meatballs!
I'd consider going to Lago again for the view and good drinks or wine--maybe get the single pizza or a salad which are hard to do wrong. The main meat and fish entries LOOKED good, but idk if they would have actually been better; I wouldn't risk it--bad gamble. The desserts also looked fabulous (but so did the dissappointing tapas).
All in all, if you come from any city in the world with half way decent restaurants, you're going to come away thinking Lago was one of the worst fine-dining experiences you have ever had. If you are from a small town in the middle of the country you might be fooled by how it all looks--which is great.
Great!! Small plates allow for more ordering and eating various foods.
Not prepared for the extremely small portions of food that were high priced. It was yummy but if you want to eat dinner - don’t go here.
Excellent food and service. It was recommended by a friend who dines on the strip a lot
Loved the food, great service. Wonderful experience.
Overall it was OK. The restaurant was freezing so it detracted from the experience. The food was fine we had a pizza, meatball sandwich, salmon salad. The service was really good. Overall it was more of an upscale café than anything else in my opinion.
Service was poor. Food was just ok for price. Restaurant was way too loud and was cold.
We carefully selected Lago for our Christmas Eve lunch and it was SUCH a disappointment!!! Our waiter was horrible, we had no drink refills, and out of the 4 plates we ordered we only got one. 35 minutes after the first plate the waiter came over with the ticket and said, “You got everything, right?” We told him we hadn’t. When we said we would just pay for the one plate he took a long time to return to our table with the check and made effort at resolution. We left and when to Hattie B’s and China Poblano at The Cosmopolitan (got takeout from two places)—amazing!
Great and amazing food
Once again, Lago never disappoints. Drinks, good and service outstanding.
An amazing view of the water show! The wait staff (Carlos) was great and very attentive. The small plates are that, small for an app, but very tasteful.
