Service was horrible. We went to La Fiesta for my 30th birthday and booked a week in advance for 20people. It took forever to get both our drinks and our food served. I ordered enchiladas suizas and it came with rice and beans but the rice was undercooked and the beans tasted like they came right out of the can. Definitely not going back. We had one server for a group of 20.

Food was disappointing. I had carnitas plate and it tasted like limes. My friend had enchaladas which were not good either.

The food was good but everything else was TERRIBLE!!!!!! We went for my husband'd weekend birthday celebration and did not have a very good time. The food , although good, was overpriced for what you got. The waiter was loud and abusive and hostile-- he got the orders wrong, the drinks wrong and even messed up how I wanted my credit cards charged!!! And when he was asked about any of those things he got aggressive say such things as, "I did't give you those drinks!". "I didn't know that, what am I a mind reader?" He also was't very attentive. Needless to say, I will not go back or recommend this place to ANYONE!!!!!!!!!

Food was good but the Children's menu lacked enthusiasm. My two niece's ended up with a cheese quesidilla and that was it! There was nothing to accompany it...just a cheese toastie!! The adults food was very nice though. Spicy, just the way I like it.

Overall, it wasn't the best. The food was over priced for quality and the beans and rice came out hard and you could tell it had been sitting there for a while. The drinks were cheap so that is one positive. The service was lacking - they did not pay very good attention to us. It was actually our bus boy who helped us the most. Just not a good experience and weak food

Great location in the Gaslamp area, very friendly staff and servers. Our waiter Manny did an excellent job with recommendations on margaritas and menu options for some of our party with very particular taste! Overall an really nice evening and great dining experience!

Made a reservation about 4 hours prior, when we arrived the list the hostess had did not have us on it. Showed her the Open Table confirmation, she was fine with that and we were seated. Server came within 4 minutes, great. Ordered drinks, and an appetizer of Tortilla soup. Drinks arrived, put in order for 2 fish taco plates. Soup app arrived within 10 minutes, delicious tortilla soup. Noted the waiter was very friendly. Waited about 35 minutes, waiter came by to check on drinks, asked if the fish tacos were coming soon. He checked, did not really know when they would come. Now 40 minutes invested, we waited another 15 minutes and still no fish tacos. At this point, 55 minutes after seated, we told waiter we needed to leave for concert at Petco. He brought the bill for drinks and soup, paid and left hungry and disappointed/amused. Not sure how good or how long fish tacos take to prepare, wondered if our order was even placed!
