The restaurant has stuck to its principles of emphasising local and seasonal produce whenever possible. All of our dishes are produced to order and prepared on the premises. We’ve worked very hard to produce a perfect summer menu to tickle your taste buds, with an emphasis on indulgence.

This summer, you’ll see Rye Bay scallops and fresh Kentish asparagus, alongside fresh fish from Hastings and Sussex cross beef. Our ‘all the trimmings’ Sunday roast is the newest edition and is not to be missed.
